What Odell Mohr doesn't like about Buffalo Wild Wings:
Went here with the family for dinner and there were 2 tables with guests the rest were empty. Waited and after awhile a passing waiter tells us we need to talk to the cashier handling takeout orders. Cashier is busy and keeps taking orders so I ask her nicely if I'm supposed to be talking to her about getting a table and she just says no one knows what is going on and it's a mess. Must be the best 5 worst customer service I've ever experienced. we had problems with slower delivery to this place in the past, but that was by far the worst. my wife, who is pregnant, had a request for wings, so I went to the BWW website and placed an order totaling $25, at 7:30 to 6/9/2022. we received a text that will be delivered our order by 20:40. it was 8:50 clock when we received an email that our driver had canceled and contacted the restaurant. I tried to talk to the restaurant several times, but no one has picked up. then we decided to go to the restaurant and pick up our food. When we arrived with whom we talked, she found us in the system and was ready to make our food. I said it was done in 20 minutes. my wife was in order to wait 20 minutes at this time. we just wanted to eat for which we had paid and should be delivered first. Once she goes back to make our food, I heard someone (which was the manager in the service) and told her that they can't make our food because they had already done it and that was Doordash/Uber eats problem. to whom I answered we had actually no contact with doordash or uber eats, we ordered directly from the bww website manager went back and forth and wondered whether we had ordered from doordash or uber eats and I told him again and again that I didn't know who to deliver them our food as we have zero contact with others, but with them. now I have worked in a retail trade and my wife is a hospitable, so we speak customer service 101. in this situation, at least, they expect the manager to say that I'm sorry that this happened to them, and I see that their food should be delivered and now they have to come to pick it up. let us work on it and get it out as soon as possible or I'm sorry that happened to them. do you want to eat that? If not, we can offer them a refund none of them has happened. Instead, the manager said they had to call and fix doordash. now I don't have their phone number because I did everything with bww he reacted to. That's good, I can do it for you, that was my last attempt to try something. I just said my wife's going on, so we went out and wanted to get taco bell. it's funny that in this year I had a similar situation with panera, with a quite different result. the problem was that they from one of the items we ordered, as we called them to receive a refund for one object, they offered our full money back for inconvenience and repeatedly told many thanks for the choice and we hope we don't lose them as a customer so they do customer service/hospitality damen and herren. bww please do not ask to fill out the form. make it right in restaurant. the time and the wall of the customer are valuable and they should try to help the customer save both.
Ordered wings for take out and I was very disappointed in the taste and quality. The only good thing was that the staff was pleasant. I have no plans on visiting there again.
Always a good time here. Friendly wait staff, food is good, and the bartender's mix drinks real well.
I'm not even sure how they can screw up a simple lunch so badly. I had an salate. it was good. that was a side to my slammers, who should be blacksmiths with a sauce they choose. on each slide (2 overall) there were about 0.25 ounces of meat, so there was not very filled. order a small side(3) of the wing bc, good buffalo wild wings. big mistake. they were so finished that I think they were lost in the oil from the day before. they had hardly any sauce. but I still broke them with blue cheese. the biggest positive was the waiter. he was very nice and was a good talk.
