The food was great, and the view was lovely, but I was thoroughly appalled to see several staff members not wearing their face masks properly, despite the current guidelines for customer service in the hospitality sector. When I approached the register, the staff member had their mask only covering their chin, leaving their mouth and nose exposed. I had an amazing dining experience here with delicious food and friendly, helpful staff. I absolutely love this place! The burger was outstanding, truly one of the best I've had. The only area that could use a bit of improvement is the coffee; mine was slightly over-extracted and had a burnt taste. It's not a major complaint, but it didn't quite match the excellence of the burger. Overall, the staff were incredible. Thank you!
