Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Honestly, worst experience I've ever had at Zaxby's. My food was actually cold. I got the loaded fries and those fries and chicken would've never melted that cheese. It was pretty disgusting. I'm pretty mad that Zaxby's is kind of expensive and this is what they serve you.

I live a little over an hour away from this location and was actually really excited about eating here because it had been so long since I have. Me and my fiancée decided to get it to go and eat at home. My fiancée ordered a chicken sandwich with large drink, large fry.. I ordered the three nibblerz with a large drink,large fry. Well I get ready to eat mine and I only get buns. That’s it.. NO CHICKEN! I was pretty annoyed but planned on calling the next morning cause they were closed. Instead we decided to just go back and get the meal fixed. The manager was actually VERY RUDE.. and told us they didn’t have and orders of chicken nibblerz and they didn’t send any out without chicken. I took a picture so I was going to show him but he wasn’t interested. Instead he said he would give it to us with 10% off. I refused and insisted I get the meal I had paid for 3 nibblerz large fry and drink. He finally agreed but when we got it it was 3 nibblerz with small fry and small drink. I took it but won’t be back. Worst service ever.Kid-friendliness: No. Very rude!

Went for a grilled chicken Philly and was.told out of them everything we had was awful. Hard, crunchy and just didn 't taste good. Not normal. Don 't know what was going on but please fix.

Usually never a problem at this Zaxby’s location. I got my food fast, it was warm, and tasted great! Service was friendly and the restaurant was clean. The drink machine was out of blueberry flavoring for the lemonade, but peach was just as good!

I LOVE ZAXBYS, ITS BEST IF YOU ORDER ONLINE AND PICK IT UP ITS SUPER QUICK THAT WAY, GREAT CHICKEN AND WHITE CHEDDAR BITES I EAT THERE SO MUCH AND ITS ALWAYS HOT AND FRESH , GO CHECK IT OUT!
