I absolutely love this place! The service is always quick, and the staff is so friendly. I've visited hundreds of times and I've never had a bad experience.

It's great to find truck parking available on a main road. If more establishments offered this, drivers would have more options. JACK's is now on my must-visit list. Sincerely, a truck driver who travels across America.
It depends on what time of day you go. In the rush hours they are quick to serve and almost forget that not all of us have a big order. Other than that great service and order accuracy is good!
Love their food, great chicken and burgers! Even had heart shaped biscuits for Valentine's Day! Only downfall is service can be slow at times.
