I spent $9 on the new wings today, but when I got to work, I found hair and feathers on them. I couldn't eat them, so I had to throw my lunch away. I didn't have time to go back, so I called the restaurant. A man answered and said he needed to see the food first, claiming they don't have hair on their chicken. When I told him I had already thrown my food away and was at work, he refused to refund me and insisted I should have shown him the food first. This location seriously lacks customer service, and the person I spoke with should not be in charge of a business.
