A food truck in Harmony, once a home of a dairy collective, shows its roots with the most delicious ice cream. It could have rested on the fact that it is the only game in town for dessert, but it came through with absolutely delicious ice cream. Not a ton of flavors, but enough for one to find a favorite. Nothing was open, just the glass blowing, went on a Tues. Really wanted to see chapel gardens
They make fantastic ice cream and the food truck has great sandwiches. It is outdoors. You can only get scoops of ice cream on the weekends but they sell pints of ice cream at the food truck.
Vegetarian raclette and grilled cheese sandwich were fantastic! The freshly made local cheese was so tasty. Great stop if visiting Cambria or the area.
