What Robin Lozeau likes about The Crown:
I stopped by my favorite pub for a couple of real ales. Since it was a Thursday, the options were limited as they receive new barrels on Fridays. The IPA was smooth and enjoyable, and at a reasonable price of £3.90 per pint. View all feedback. What DonkeyKong Abracadbra doesn't like about The Crown:
Worst service I’ve ever had from a bartender; young blonde girl not a greeting; rudely asked me to hurry up and order despite me just walking in that moment, refused to take my cash, walked into the room we were sitting in and proceeded to turn the lights off and leave us in pitch black. Terrible pint selection as well, go somewhere else! View all feedback.

read moreThe Crown has mixed reviews, with some customers praising it as the best pub in Harlow, while others are disappointed with the declining atmosphere and service quality. However, most agree that the ale selection is excellent and staff are friendly. The Sunday lunch is highly recommended, with a variety of options available. The pub is dog-friendly and accommodating to guests' needs, such as adjusting music volume. Overall, it seems to be a community hub where locals can enjoy a decent pint and good food, despite some issues with noise levels and service.
