I love it, but there is one person called Rodolfo (Rudy). What he does? He doesn't care what yall do, but he only wants tips. He messed up my mother order. We went back. What Marie Obar doesn't like about Ihop:
It was so busy! Wait time to get seated (which was no problem). Took a very long time to get our food. My whole plate was cold. My husband's pancakes had a crust on them, like they sat on the grill too long. Very nice waiter. View all feedback.

My family went at a busy time on Sunday. The staff was friendly and fast. Everyone moved with a sense of urgency, which I don't see much anymore at most establishments. The food was fresh, one of our orders had a mistake and it was replaced right away. I didn't like the cinnastak pancakes, and the waitress brought me another order of pancakes before I could blink. We will definitely be going back.
There for breakfast this morning. The place was busy but the service was excellent. We would like to commend Melton specifically. He was taking care to make sure everyone was taken care of and things were running smoothly. He is management material. He obviously has alot of experience and is taking care of the business..
