Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen - Harlingen

So as far as I know cheddars usually always cleans up after the guests leave but not the table next to mine. Told the waitress about the knife was told she'd pick it up and I've been here an hour and nothing. Um okay

Long wait for us to be sat down when they first opened. Our waitress was nice, but took long in serving us our drinks, got our drink order wrong, brought over the complementary croissants 10 minutes afterwards, took our order and wouldn't check up on our table. Our food was coming out one at a time, the chips from the chips and salsa were stale, salads did not come out before or even with our meals, and my father's meal was MIA for i want to say 20 minutes. They said that they made a mistake on the order and had to redo it. He ordered a salad and was yet to have that served even at that time. I felt like we had to tell the waitress, the waiter helping her and the manager what we were needing and missing every chance someone, anyone acknowledged our table. Then to top it off when paying our check, the table machine had SOMEONE ELSE'S check! If I hadn't checked the tab, I would of paid for the people next to us which was a bigger party. Cannot express how disappointed I was about our experience at this location. We enjoy eating at Cheddar's. We usually go to the one in Brownsville, have yet to experience this there. First and last time at this location.

Service was slow, our waitress had a horrible attitude. Never got a refill on our tea. Food us good

Service was really slow. Waited about 30min to be seated then another 30min till our server came by to take our drink order, but we basically used the time to choose what we wanted to eat too. My food had a weird piece of plastic cooked into it. Could be better, but after taking the plastic out of my mouth the texture just made me nauseous and I couldn't finish eating.

Cheddar was one of my favorite places. Had the Buffalo Chicken Wrap with side salad. Order grilled, baked arrived. Lacking in taste as minimal buffalo sauce. The staff was wonderful, like the atmosphere. Food: 2/5
