I've always been a fan of Jack in the Box, but this location is my favorite! Ordering tacos with extra salad seems like a straightforward request, but somehow they always manage to get it right here. I had a disappointing experience at this Jack in the Box. I ordered curly fries but was served regular fries instead. When I asked the young staff member to change my order, she refused to assist me. View all feedback.
Order a bacon deluxe with salad and tomatoes. When I came to the window, the employee said the lady in front of me paid for it. What surprised me because it was $7 for order. Bring home what they gave was a tiny slate with fried egg and thin little patty. No entrance was given to me. They rip off Lady, just like me. Will never return to any place. Was nice of lady, but really crappie what the workers did, ripped us both off. No one ever answers phone and mailbox never set up. I don't know why they did that.
My Churros was raw in the middle. My tacos were soaked with oil and cold. My Curious Pommesbox was halfway filled..cold..soggy... I didn't get the intentions. No trouble. Go to another place. Great..Gross..Gross.. The amount of money we spent... we could have gone somewhere else... Teaching learned the hard way
I stopped at this restaurant on my way home from work around 2:30 PM. The young lady at the drive-thru was rude, which immediately raised my concerns. I placed my order and pulled forward, but while waiting in the back, I noticed that the guy cooking didn't wear a hairnet or gloves. It was disturbing to see that no one in the entire facility was following proper hygiene practices. I will be reporting this to the health department on Monday. The lack of cleanliness and adherence to regulations is unacceptable.
I ordered food for myself and all members of my family. It didn't take to long to get. The young lady at the window was really nice and helpful. When I opened my sourdough burger I was just disappointed that I didn't take a picture of it. The burger was picture perfect, like the picture you see on the billboard. Not only was it a good looking burger, but it was delicious. My husband's was the same way and my children's were the same way. For the first time in a long time I'm actually shocked to get that kind of service and quality out of a fast food restaurant.
Long wait in the drive through line, just to have order incorrect. Fries were only half full. Experience was much better at the old location.
