As I drove down the highway recently, looking for the exit where I knew there was a BRCC, I noticed that every other exit had a Starbucks. And though Starbucks has great tasting coffee, as a veteran and a patriot their values don 't align with mine. When I made it to the BRCC, I was told that since it was past 2PM, the only cup of coffee they offer is Just Black . Honestly, it was the worst cup of coffee I 've ever had. As I passed all those Starbucks, I could see the drive throughs were packed. If BRCC is going compete, they 're going to have to offer a better tasting cup of coffee... even if it 's past 2PM. Starbucks serves a good cup the entire time their doors are open. I love some of your flavors BRCC, but let 's not get cheap on the customer when others are willing to compromise their values for a cup of coffee.
