Baskin-robbins - Harker Heights

Selection of ice cream was minimal. This was the new Temple location.

My fiance and I came in about 3 weeks ago order a banana split and a 2scoop waffle cone. The team was super friendly and accommodated perfectly for samples and the run out of product they had (the banana split container) and the manger on dutie was super friendly he gave me an extra cherry! And congratulated us for expecting our first 10 outa 10 experience hope we get the same respect next time

Me and my husband decided to go grab some ice cream and we pulled up and walked in a 9:07PM knowing they don’t close until 10PM. We walked in and there’s 3 workers not one acknowledged us and as we walk over we notice all the ice is gone and has been all put away. We stood there and they continue to ignore the fact that we are standing there. It was obvious they didn’t want to attend us and very clear they had plans and just wanted to close the store. Very disappointed

Stopped to get a sweet treat and it was horribly understocked. This was 2 hours before closing. No reason!!! There were 6 flavors, none of the traditional flavors!!!! Looks like this Baskin Robbins was added as an after thought to the Dunkin Donuts. Staff was friendly..... but stoned!!!!!This definitely needs some improvement....

Not sure if this location is going out of business or what ... Went in for some ice cream around 1pm and there were only 4 tubs of ice cream out/available and 2 of them had maybe 1 scoop left. I don't think I've ever been to a Baskin Robbins that didn't have the full set up. How are they only offering 4 flavors with 2 basically empty.
