We were extremely satisfied with the services of the Dráva Hotel!!! We booked a suite type room. I was greeted by bright, spacious, clean rooms with a huge balcony. We requested a half-board meal. The offer is rich for both breakfast and dinner. The flavors are excellent, congratulations to the chef and his team. They constantly watched, if any of the food ran out, they immediately brought another portion. We were there during a full house period, but we didn't feel any of that. There were no crowds at meals, the hotel and our room were quiet enough to relax throughout. Special thanks for your attention!!! I just announced in one of my Facebook posts that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary during our stay, but the room was still being decorated and there was a romantic pair of swans with rose petals on the bed!! Thank you very much Dráva Hotel Thermal Resort!!!! I wholeheartedly recommend the hotel to everyone!!!!

Dear Dráva Hotel, An apartment in a 4-star hotel does not have such cleanliness. In terms of Hungary, I rate the cleaning as 1, the light switches are stuck. On the balcony, 2 aluminum chairs with no cushions, hard. The apartment is for 3 people, but there are only 2 chairs. The balcony was pure bird excrement, not a summer of dirt, cobwebs... In the apartment, the edges of the parquet flooring are left sloping. The lighting was below criticism, there was hardly any light in the apartment, horror in the bathroom. No make-up mirror, fine, but light in a 4-star hotel apartment is a minimum. They change towels every 3 days, fine, congratulations for this too, of course you can use it to protect the environment, but I come here to relax for a lot of money, if I need another one for some reason, because I have a small child, it would be nice to get it for this money. Food: well, it's not a big number either, strong average, but not 4 stars. This has been the biggest disappointment so far while traveling through Hungary. The parking fee is a joke, it is outrageous to ask for money for accommodation in such a wooded area full of campers and campers. The staircase and corridors should be cleaned sometimes! I'll just make a side note, if the nice staff isn't interested: 1. Garbage is broken, 2. Faucet is moving.
