Ordered over the phone and the person talking was very rude once I got the food and tried it there was no flavour to it and the containers they gave the food in were breaking apart causing a mess very disappointed Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We were camping at Hardisty Lake Campground on the Thursday before Rodeo weekend and decided to visit The Leaf for supper and a cold beer. We arrived about 6PM, it was reasonably busy on the bar side didn't look in the restaurant side. There was a person tending the bar when we arrived, but she left shortly after. That left just two servers to cover the bar side table service, one person covering the restaurant and one of the two bar side people doubling up as the bar tender. Recognizing that the manager likely had to schedule more people on Friday and Saturday, it did leave the Thursday servers short handed. That said, IMO, they did a great job. The beer was nice and cold. The food was hot and pub grubby. Exactly what we were looking for. If we visit Hardisty again, we would definitely go back to The Leaf.
