He was kind, prompt, obviously was taking steps to protect his own and his customers health. He may have been the manager, I'm not 100% certain but if he isn't, my brief interaction tells me he should be. Hopefully management sees this so they can be sure to keep a fantastic employee around (they're hard to find)

Just to be told rudely that maybe if I pl... read more While I understand that these are very trying times for so many, as a driver coming in at 11pm and needing a hot meal! Just to be told rudely that maybe if I planned my day better I would have been able to get a hot meal!!! Seriously? I can guarantee you this, I will never eat at a restaurant at loves again. While I prefer loves over any other truck stop because their showers are way cleaner then most I think I'll take my chances somewhere else from this point forward. Completely disappointed and the only reason there is one star is because I couldn't give them less. We are out here simply doing our jobs to make sure everyone else does not go without mean while we have to go with out the smallest thing as a hot meal.

I asked them why they said that's what they have that's their rules explanation mark seriously oh, that's their rules no trays. But I know they have trays I've used them before. The tables could have been wiped off before we go to use a sweeping a mop it wasn't bad food was okay food was good actually but the dining area they always need cleaning
