I had excellent service from a younger gentleman named Tony today. He was friendly, fast, obvious was steps to protect his own and his customers health. Maybe he was the manager, I'm not 100% sure, but if he doesn't, my short interaction tells me he should be. Hopefully the management sees that they can be sure to keep a fantastic employee (they are hard to find) View all feedback.

The personal is as friendly as a rabide wolverine. my Soda torch came out and spilled on the counter, I thought I would scream, the lid was bent. I apologised and told her I would help her clean it up, but there were no serviettes in the lobby. she threw something on the counter that was very visually evil to me, but I helped clean it up. I went by to refill my drink and informed them all the beverage lid edges were bent. when the soda had no sirup, I was not afraid when I threw the afterfill. the fries were so saturated with salt that it fell off from the fries when they were picked up. only to ensure that no one else makes the mistake, a pickel does not come on the bacon burger. that was my first and last time at the hardee. I pray when she reads this, she doesn't look for me on the parking lot.

After reading all the reviews, I didn't really believe that this place was as bad as people said. However, when I arrived, I saw two employees having a leisurely lunch sitting on a bench with their feet up on the tables. It took them at least 15-25 minutes to even acknowledge the customers coming in and out. Is this a restaurant or a high school hangout spot?
The sandwich-making process is consistently incorrect, the drive-through is always closed. Service is awful, I would not recommend coming here. Opt for McDonald’s, Dairy Queen, or another alternative instead.
During Lent, this restaurant does not offer any fish at all, despite stating otherwise on their website. When I attempted to order fish, the staff laughed at me. The fries were cold and they did not have any honey for hot tea, only jam. Overall, this place is quite disappointing and in need of significant improvement. If possible, I would rate it 0 stars.
