Hardee's - Hardin

Only leaving a 1 because I can’t leave a 0. This place was super dirty and nasty, extremely understaffed, and our food was cold after waiting forever for it. This place needs reported.

I don't usually leave reviews, and I usually try to give customer service employees the benefit of the doubt, as I am one myself, but I just had an awful experience here. I'm a 22 year old girl, traveling to a new job 1500 miles away from my home and my family. I sat down with my food and took a call from my mom who I hadn't heard from all day. We spoke for 2 minutes in a completely empty restaurant, so I could let her know where I was and how I was doing. The man who I assume is the manager decided to make a snarky comment to me about being on the phone in front of some other customers that had just come in. It was incredibly rude and unthoughtful. I wasn't trying to be rude. The restaurant was empty, they're weren't even employees around. Maybe I'm just sensitive but guessing by this places other reviews, I'm not too out of line.

The personal is as friendly as a rabide wolverine. my Soda torch came out and spilled on the counter, I thought I would scream, the lid was bent. I apologised and told her I would help her clean it up, but there were no serviettes in the lobby. she threw something on the counter that was very visually evil to me, but I helped clean it up. I went by to refill my drink and informed them all the beverage lid edges were bent. when the soda had no sirup, I was not afraid when I threw the afterfill. the fries were so saturated with salt that it fell off from the fries when they were picked up. only to ensure that no one else makes the mistake, a pickel does not come on the bacon burger. that was my first and last time at the hardee. I pray when she reads this, she doesn't look for me on the parking lot.

Clamorous and indifferent; it has crushed the order, the chicken finger all forget together (but somehow the dip sauce remembered); burger very dry and cold. the negative reviews are noticeable, and do not give me that worn covid apology. covid does not prevent you from being trained to present a friendly, competent person. future sacrifice, run!

It's impossible for truck drivers to eat here they have the door closed inside becy they're mentally ill!
