Subway Nederland - Harderwijk

Staff were not very friendly and were working reluctantly. At Subway you can now save points with every purchase to get another sandwich. This failed because the staff could not get a receipt from the cash register. The manager didn't really make a party of it and printed our receipt with a grumpy look. The copy didn't have the code for the points on it, so I called back later. According to the manager, this was not possible via the receipt, while it had always worked the previous times. In my opinion, a very lazy action by the manager.

A nasty atmosphere upon entering. There is no greeting anymore and a rude aura from the employee asking if I could also go to the toilet. Sandwiches were all fresh, but I'm not used to this from Subway. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The staff were playing around in the back and didn't even notice people arriving. All we could hear was laughing and banging around out of sight.
