Mr Kurma, unfortunately, I have to complain to you in writing. We liked to order you for a while. The first dissatisfied case was in 2021. We had ordered a meal. It came after about 45 min. That's okay. Unfortunately, a salad was forgotten there. After this had been noticed, the salad would be delivered immediately. Unfortunately, this has lasted far over 30 minutes. The food was already eaten. Something like that can happen. It is unfortunate but not to change. However, the behaviour of your employees has much more negative character. Because we're still patty. After that, we didn't order you any more. This year we thought you could try it again. And now we come to this day. Food was ordered at 5.35. Statement on delivery time was about 45-60 min. What's a bit long. But okay. At 18.50 we asked for the phone where our order is. As a statement, it was not yet delivered. These were then over 75 min instead of 45-60 min. It would have taken another 10-15 minutes to the entrance. You can't accept that. I don't know if you're familiar with the circumstances. But if I offer a delivery service it cannot be 90 min. or last longer until the customer arrives. This is only your knowledge.
