Bubble Play Café

Really great place for kids burn off steam, and great staff friendly

Had food there once before and it was pretty good, but this time I went to get a bubble tea there was no one there and it somehow still took ages to prepare. I had my own, reusable straw so I told the staff I didn 't need one. Once I finally got my tea, whilst I tried piercing the lid, the whole cup popped and the whole drink spilled everywhere, since the cup and lid were super poor quality. When I went to ask them what I should do about it, one of the employers replied with What, you want another one? I don 't think so . The staff wasn 't very friendly from the beginning anyway but that was quite rude. Asked for the manager, who never came so I just left with money spent and no drink. Disappointing.

Love this little cafe, the staff are always super friendly and the desserts and bubble tea are great! The soft play is a great size and it is just a really cosy place where you don't have to worry about your kids.

I have only given a star as there is no option for zero stars!!! The staff were rude and inconsiderate I was made to feel pressured and uncomfortable from the moment I walked in! We had booked but they then told us there were too many adults (3) to the amount of children (2 and 1 infant)!? Trying to change my baby in the smallest nappy change in the world I couldn’t hardly fit in there with the nappy change unit down! The whole place looked like a health risk! It was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. We stayed as we couldn’t just tell the children they couldn’t go in the play area after we had already got there. The sign on the door encourages to be kind to staff… tell the staff to be kind to the customers!!! Will NEVER be returning.
