Mambos Chicken - Harare

Let's stick to the facts: it's ludicrous that your dunked wings are more expensive than KFC's. The chips were undercooked, the chicken burger was just average, and the grilled chicken was nothing special. If you halved your prices, I might consider rating you closer to Nando's. Focus more on perfecting your food instead of just updating your advertisements.

I visited this restaurant after seeing their Twitter ad, which can be a bit controversial at times. I have to hand it to their marketing team; they are truly creative geniuses!

Overall, my experience at the restaurant was good, especially the ordering process where the front-of-house staff did a great job with upselling. However, things took a turn when I encountered a challenging situation as a customer (I say "challenging" because of how I felt during the interaction). To summarize, drinks were served first, which meant we didn't notice the delay in food unless we specifically asked for it to be served together. I believe the way complaints are handled could be improved. I want to extend my gratitude to Gracious for her hospitality; her humility is the reason I'll return. She truly is a valuable asset to Mambos.

Great food. Amazing staff and seat in area. Full of humour as usual. A bit pricy but in the normal takeaway range in Harare. Paid parking during working hours
