This is my second time having the Green goddess sandwich and it was horribly made. Barely anything inside and mainly bread and tomatoes. I was shocked. That was not how I had it previously. The lack of care and effort was terrible. The manager needs to be present and if they are, they need to be either fired and hire better staff that take pride in their efforts. I had a turkey sandwich and slice apple on the side. The sandwich was fresh and very good. But the apple slices were cut earlier and was on the brown side.
Placed an order for rapid pick up. Order a salad, once I picked up my food the container was greasy and crusty. Just overall unappetizing. This was the second incident as well.
Never has online orders ready on time, expect to wait 10+ minutes after the expected pick up time.
At this place, you will pay a lot of money for small portions of bland food. The only thing I've had from their menu that is good is the brocoli and carrot cream. Their breads are ok, but I wouldn't recommend it, if you like food that has actual taste to it.
