Hawks Ridge Apartments - Happy Valley

Don't rent here. They overcharge for repairs where they can. They charge high rent for subpar apartments. Avoid this place.

Hawks Ridge is an exceptional place to live very safe and beautiful scenery. I hope to see you there.

The accommodation is very poor and the management is not cooperative. I once told them about an old refrigerator, can it be changed? They told me it's 10 years old, and we can't change it, because it works. The apartment is old and infested with insects. The jacuzzi is very dirty, there are leaves inside the jacuzzi. The housing is very old and expensive. I don't recommend it, the best thing is the maintenance staff is friendly and prompt, the management is very poor, the washing machine tore my clothes

My family and I lived here for over 5 years. I loved that the community actually felt like a community, not just an apartment complex. the office staff are always very pleasant and quick to help and answer question. The maintenance was also very amazing. whenever I had something that needed fixed, it was done that day or the next day. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone I know!

My family has lived here for almost 4 years and we are only moving because we just bought a home. This is the best apartments we have ever lived and we have many fond memories here. The office staff are always super friendly and helpful. Maintenance was quick on the few occasions something needing fixing. The apartments are beautiful inside and out and landscaping is pretty. I liked that the bus picked up and dropped off at the front of the apartments. The pool is so relaxing, I will miss that the most. The best time to go is mid-morning, it gets busy in the afternoon.
