Def. a fun place and entertaining for all ages. Bouncy castle for the young ones, arcades for the older and bowling for the rest of us. The toddler game area costs 11$ with no time limit which is great but the arcades are over priced especially if you have a big family. The cheapest game is 1.75$ and lasts about 30 seconds so you can easily burn through 25-30$ kid for 10 minutes. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Kingswood Entertainment Centre:
The play place for my two (7 and 8) was awesome as was the bouncy castle. We thought the arcade would be a fun time so bought 50$ worth of tickets it feels like a letdown, unfortunately. The customer service and refunds have been fine for each game that isn't working which is why I'm reviewing it at 3 stars but it's frustrating to keep having to go up for games not working and not being labelled out of order. The prices are too high for the value you receive. Many of the arcade games were out of order. However, the staff was very nice and friendly.
