Mcdonald's - Hanover Park

Every i order ice coffee they put too much ice or a lot of milk for some reason , the last time it was mostly milk really white nasty.

Yesterday night me and my boyfriend went there to get our mobile order. Anyway we 're at the drive thru and there was a young girl behind thr speaker greeted us very poorly. And when she asked us for our code (NOT EVEN A SECOND LATER) she goes whats the code!? Basically yelling at us. I understand that she might have had a long night but that doesn 't excuse her for being so rude. This isn 't the first time I encountered the rudeness of this mcdonald 's. I only come here at night if everywhere else is closed

Good price if is only one person. Employees are nice and friendly food was hot and fresh.

I wasted a App Reward because the cashier assumed what I should get with my order. I should have gotten a free medium French fries with the meal I ordered. And didn 't add the drink to the order, so I had to get back in line to get a drink that should have been with my meal. Had the cashier asked if my order was correct, I would have said No, it 's not. I should have received my entire meal with my QP, my fries, and my drink, along with my free fries. Don 't take away items that are included with the meal ans substitute it with my App Reward. No apologies whatsoever. I won 't be back!

I am a lifelong fan of McDonalds, but this location has almost always sold me fries that are not hot. And, at the current price, I am unwilling to settle for something that is not what it should be.
