Candela's has this magical mix of fantastic food, and very welcoming, friendly staff. Latin hospitality and Spanish tapas with some Latin American influences (like yucca brava). Does not expect much from a college city like dartmouth, so this was surprisingly good
We stopped at 18 o'clock on a Saturday night and although we had no reservations, they worked for us on a place; we ordered three vegetarian tapas teller, all delicious! the food came fast and the waiter was friendly. it is located directly next to a park structure that was practical in the icy cold.
Delicious up-scale food in a relaxed, undecorated environment. Incredibly friendly and skilled waitstaff with the right amount of attentiveness. Great for dates and fun eating with friends. Recommend the brussels sprouts, chori sliders, shrimp, and churro's.
I don't normally write any reviews, but our dining experience here tonight was outstanding! Every single dish we ordered was top notch and the service was amazing. We were excited to order the chicken empanadas as we had looked over the menu earlier that day, however they were all out so our server suggested the brussel sprouts. Thank goodness for that because they were the best roasted brussel sprouts we've ever had! Would 100% recommend this tapas lounge to anyone visiting the area, it is the best food you'll find in Hanover/Lebanon!
Great eating only very small portions! very delicious!
