My husband got there at 4.50 and they haven't even started our order, was told it would be 25min and they were busy! This is unexceptable service. I called and asked foe manager who did absolutely NOTHING to try and make our experience any better. Your food is not cheap, and when the service and management SUCK, makes it very hard to want to come back....Dissatisfied CustomerChristy

No problem,… here it is the start of the 2nd quarter of the game and still waiting! Now being told it will take another 15, because there is a wait on fries. How does an organization hire people to run their business like this! Just horrible!!!!
