Starbucks

I received gift cards from the parents of the children I take care.So I generally don't come Starbucks because they are to pricey for me. So I’m not familiar with the menu and I figured I’d try two different things incase I didn't like one. I ordered the steel cut oatmeal with blueberries and brown sugar that tasted ok but they can't even be bothered to put it together for you. How is someone supposed to drive and open the packets to put it together? There is no customer service there. The second thing I ordered was the turkey bacon, egg white andcheddar sandwich. This made me the most disappointed because the bacon was not even cooked! It was just folded up in between the sandwich so you couldn't even see it. Also in the picture it clearly shows two pieces of bacon? Certainly didn’t look like the picture on the menu where the bacon looked crispy. Don't plan on returning even if I get gift cards. I'll regift then

Time to clean the coffee urns! I make better coffee at home. Update: this is by far the worst cup of coffee I have had in long time. Really!

Update I gave you another chance and you did it again!!! When someone orders a decaf coffee it is usually for a reason!!!! It's the 3rd time I ordered a decaf and it was not!!!! Due to medical reasons I can't have regular!!! People do better!!!!!

Every time we go, they are out of at least 4 items. Literally, ALWAYS out of multiple items. And today, they change the board...we ordered what was on the board and they say that 's not out yet . Their line is really long, probably because everyone is asking what do they have since the board is wrong. It 's not hard to walk outside and cover the items you don 't have.

Great little place for a hot or cold drink. Very clean and friendly.
