Definitely worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Went to pick up my friend’s mobile order (two venti drinks) and wanted to get something else for myself so I got in line. When I was gonna drink mine It spilled all over the floor and my clothes (lid not properly closed) wasn’t gonna ask for another drink just expected one of the employees to at least bring a caution cone for the floor or a mop for me to clean the disaster but this didn’t happened, and to add to the embarrassment they just stared at me. My friend had to bring napkins to clean the floor a bit and for me to clean my face and my clothes. I ended up leaving the store because the employees completely ignore the situation. No wanting to be a Karen, but your employees should have a little bit of empathy!!!

A nice suburban Starbucks to relax inside or outside and people watch or do like me and get a Pikes Black to stay awake while on Tour. Beautiful interior--no problems.
