There?s no doubt these cookies are good. They are soft, buttery, and full of chocolate. However, they were not fresh. The owner had to peel the half dozen cookies I requested off the pan because they had fused onto the baking paper from sitting therefor hours. I can live with this though. What I did not appreciate was the lack of honesty this owner displayed. I used thesereviews to find this place and ventured into the chaos of this mall to celebrate an occasion with my 6yo daughter. By the looksof it, the ?managers special? sign has been up for quite some time. I ordered 3x chocolate chip, 3x m&m and chocolate chip, and1 specialized cookie. Not one additional cookie was put into the bag. Not to mention the owner himself wasn?t friendly or evensaid a word to us. I can find a different cookie spot for my kids. I won?t be back. Crack a smile, be honest with yourcustomer.
I asked if my cookies could be packaged in separate bags to avoid the chocolate chips melting onto the sugar cookies if they were mixed together. The cashier told me the paper bags were too expensive (which I found quite humorous) and said he couldn’t accommodate my request. I then requested to speak with a manager, who came over and abruptly asked, "What do you want?" I was taken aback by his tone and let him know that I found his approach offensive. He responded, "This is just how I talk." I mentioned that I would reach out to corporate to report the incident, and after that, he tried to be more friendly. Overall, I was very disappointed with the customer service.
