Older women with dark hair at the window handed us a drink with a loose lid and spilled all over the car. instead of giving us napkins and offering us a new drink or even apologizing she proceeds to say absolutely not when I showed her the empty cup and shut the window, didn 't even hand us the rest of our food either. Extremely rude and should not be working with customers. How about a free detail for the inside of my car and maybe some respect.
Terrible service every time i go here on break, takes over 10 minutes in drive thru everytime. my order is never ready. there is a boy there who looks 14 and is very rude.
Ordered a dozen donuts and a Large hot Cappuccino with 3 Caramel and Whole milk.I received two half-half dozen boxes and neither were sealed closed (which is fine, I’ll do the work for you I guess).The cappuccino was MARKED for 1 caramel and there wasn’t even a drop of caramel in it. I watched the barista pour the milk into the cup and proceed to not stir the beverage.So you bet I’m going to open that cup up and stir that myself right in front of you using (wasting) a straw in the process; again, doing the work for you.POV: I used to work for Dunkins on-and-off for 10 years and therefore am a little critical about how products are served to the customers; I believe every customer should be served and treated as if they tipped over $1 (I tipped about $2.50 this visit)You bet if I happen to come back I won’t be tipping a penny and that’s a shame because other crew members will be affected by that current crews‘ short-comings. I was tight on time and couldn’t risk waiting longer for my drink to be fixed.Grade: D+ …At least they didn’t serve the hot cappuccino in an iced beverage cup.
I always get a Boston creame donut and I would definitely recommend the frozen hot chocolate.
It 's not just this location, it 's the whole brand. Went to grab a quick lg iced tea, just lemon, and was told we don 't carry lemon ... Excuse me I 've been ordering just lemon iced tea for twenty years...yes you do. Not to mention I JUST had one not that long ago. I get corners are cut to save money and no one wants to work, but a lemon? Didn 't stick around to ask if they really cut lemon out or it was just bad training. Brand has really gone down hill. I 'll take an extra 45 seconds and go to the pink cup instead I guess.
