Both the stairs and corridors were d... read more The stairs appeared to be in dire need of a thorough cleaning, as they seemed to have not seen a vacuum in quite some time. Both the stairs and corridors were dirty. Additionally, there were numerous no smoking signs posted, yet the staff member at the front desk did not seem attentive to this issue.

Unfortunately, when we checked in, we were assigned a room that was already occupied. It was a bit of a misunderstanding, but I can understand how it happened...
