Great customer service!!! The last two times I bought food from this Burger King they asked me to wait (I don't mind) for the first time I waited 34 min. I asked us if the Pommes were hot, the employee answered yes, they were not cool. I had to wait 10 minutes. 2. I just had to wait 10 minutes. I made my fries cold again. Excellent service with a touch of humor at checkout. The staff were very polite, and the food was absolutely perfect!
On my next visit, I again waited for 10 minutes, and once more, the fries I received were cold. I tried to voice my concerns, but the employee was rude and unhelpful, especially with a long line of customers waiting behind me. I attempted to call the restaurant multiple times to address the issue, but my calls were ignored, and I was hung up on three times. Unfortunately, this experience has left a sour taste, and I won’t be returning.
