Blessing - Hanover

The food here is authentically made fresh to order in the kitchen. We tried the Chorizo Tacos, which were well-seasoned and not greasy like many others; the soft corn tortillas were robust, and the onions and cilantro were fresh. They came with a medium-spicy salsa and lime on the side. We also ordered chips and guacamole; while the chips were typical of appetizers, the guacamole was incredibly fresh, aromatic, and chunky! We wholeheartedly recommend finishing off your Cinco de Mayo meal with their traditional Tres Leches cake. The cake was substantial, soaked perfectly in milk, sweet, and incredibly smooth, with the right texture and not overly sweet. Parking can be a challenge, as the municipal parking lot fills up quickly due to its central location. The staff is consistently friendly, attentive, and the restaurant is always clean.

My mother brought home some Pupusas for my dinner, and I devoured one and a half in about five minutes because they were absolutely delicious. It wasn't until afterward that I realized I should document this amazing experience. I’ve had Pupusas before, but these were something else. They were filled with pork, cheese, and beans, and honestly, each one would have been incredible on its own. I also managed to snag some of my mom's leftover Carnitas and took the entire sauce that came with it because it was so flavorful. I had to force myself to save one Pupusa for later, and even when I ate it cold, it was still amazing. I can't recommend it enough! This has truly changed my perspective. Blessing Restaurant, I love you!

Here on a business trip tried first. Mal Segnungen Absolutely delicious had the beef tongues Tacos. This has been highly recommended in homemade tortillas with chips and salsa will certainly come back here before I have to go home

The food was delicious l. The Pupusa was the best I’ve had in this area for sure. I thoroughly enjoyed everything that we have gotten from Blessing’s restaurant. The Horchata was amazing.
