Big Bore Barbecue - Hanover

The pulled pork sandwich was one of the best I've ever had, piled high with plenty of meat. It came on a great bun with wonderful texture and flavor, and the side dishes were solid as well. However, I haven't yet found a truly great rib in Minnesota; unfortunately, the ribs here were overcooked, though they did have a good taste.

Perfect spot! If you’re a meat lover, this is the place for you. The team here truly excels at BBQ. The meat is fresh and cooked to perfection. You’ll really appreciate the great Midwestern atmosphere. Thank you!

Celebrated my birthday here! I’ve had their food once before and was very impressed. Fun to check it out in person! Their Cubano was super delicious — and their fries were the best fries I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to go back!

Very nice bbq and great drink selections. I had the fat back Mac and cheese and the Big Borreito and I couldn't finish it since they give you decent sized portions! Will be coming here again.

We arrived shortly after the restaurant opened on Saturday and were seated immediately. The service was exceptional—huge thanks to Jody for being so friendly and attentive! We absolutely loved the ribs (WOW), the beans, and the brussel sprouts (possibly the best we've ever had). However, we found the brisket a bit underwhelming and dry. We can't wait to return soon and will definitely recommend it to others!
