Description
Dining at this restaurant reveals a spectrum of experiences that range from delightful to disappointing. While many patrons rave about the fantastic sushi and hibachi, praising the food quality and atmosphere, service issues frequently mar the experience. Guests have reported long waits, inattentive staff, and missed opportunities to celebrate special occasions. Despite a few standout visits where the food and service excelled, the overall consensus leans towards inconsistency. For a restaurant seeking to maintain its loyal clientele, addressing these service gaps is essential. While the culinary offerings may leave diners satisfied, the service quality needs significant improvement.

Been here many of times before..always on the weekend. Thought we would ventour out for a romantic Tuesday night dinner, turns out we should have stayed home and had microwave banquets. Normally sushi rolls are very good, very fresh.. tonight I think they used all the leftovers from the weekend. All the rolls tasted the same. We had hoped for more considering the new menu and higher prices. Needless to say this one poor experience has crossed this restaurant off of our go to lists. Will not be returning any time soon. IM TRULY IN LOVE WITH THIS RESTAURANT!! I didn’t take a picture I forgot but I will next time I eat there. However, I’m new to this town and have eaten at 2 other asian restaurants in this town and tbh I was extremely disappointed. So I decided to try one more Asian restaurant, the Aki steakhouse. I was super blown away from the quality and taste of my meal. it’s hands down the best food I’ve had in years!! I mean YEARS!! I got the chicken teriyaki it was super moist and tender enough to break into pieces w/ just a fork, it came with the sweetest sugar snap peas and asparagus cooked to complete perfection( the tastiest vegetables I’ve ever had in my life) w/ white rice and to my shock it was a huge portion, enough for at least 2 adults. The price of my meal was 21$ but EXTREMELY worth it, and actually that’s only 9 dollars more than a combo meal from McDonald’s (that’s crazy to think about) and like I said it’s huge portions so you can easily split it with someone. YOU HAVE GOT TO TRY THIS RESTAURANT, I PROMISE YOU’LL BE HOOKED. Love the food!!! When we go here, the experience is spoiled by the service. We run out drinks, get the check when we were going to order more, have long waits for boxes, and on our recent trip, found hair in the food. Normally great flavor and good food but the service and hair have spoiled this Resturant for me. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
