What User doesn't like about Tim Ho Wan:
Food is so-so. Vermicelli roll was a bit cold and thick. Fried rice was warm and did not seem to be freshly fried. Pan fried radish cake was a tad soft. Char siew bun, lettuce and chrysanthemum tea were alright. Service was prompt and good. View of city at 36th floor was excellent View all feedback.
Famous dim sum restaurant from HK. There are only a few dim sum you can get here .. what a pity. But I have to say the quality is good and nice, except “ yang zhou fried rice “ . The Kim Sa bun and BBQ pork bun are very good. Price is acceptable.
Decent dimsum place in Hanoi. It 's good for Vietnam standards but subpar compared to real dimsum places in other countries.
Five stars for the space and the view, maybe a low 4 for the food. The Tim Ho Wan by us in New York provides much more sophisticated flavors, somehow. Service feels a bit indifferent.

Dimsum was very little warm when served, which is unacceptable especially with very limited menu dimsum only and cannot be blamed on the busy time. If it's just for the view and the location. No, still, it must be better both the food and service.
