Hidden in a dark alley along a street of medical shops, we have sharp in this restaurant at 6 pm (opening) and the place was packed soon afterwards. Their version of the dry chicken pho was amazing. The noodles were springy and chewing, and the chicken soup with chicken oil that they serve on the side is excellent. Just be ready for the Super-Dingy, hole in the wall Vibe. View all feedback.

All right! The chicken noodles without the soup was my favorite, but the chicken-stick rice dish was also not bad! Must try!
Just delicious! Very friendly cook, it is ingenious to sit right behind and watch as they put together all bowls: had the classic chicken breast dry pho, but all other dishes look wonderful! The sauce!
Hurry. Delicious. Shall I go on? Tonnes seat on both sides of the road. Many locals (which means they also like it! Zero words spoken by English (authentic! All orders and payments by hand gestures and random guessing (fun! All cooking in a dark alley (so you don't have to see it! 40k vnd for a dry chicken noodle. Would come back every day to eat it again.
Most delicious chicken pho we have tried in Hanoi!! They used thighs and wings as well. It's located in the back alley in the street selling Chinese medicine. Herbs were chopped into small pieces and chicken fat was added. Place may not be as clean, as with other street vendors in Hanoi, but we loved the food and experience! :
