What User likes about Fukurai:
A hidden jewel in one of the city's most central and lively places. I could say I love everything about it. You can even go to the West Lake or Lotte Centre! The pure Japanese mood in its design and decoration. Spacy room and modern facilities. American breakfast with jazz music in the morning. But above all, it's about the people who work here. All staff are very friendly, attentive and helpful, especially the hotel... View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Fukurai:
Arrived at 6:30 PM and it took them 30 minutes to bring one appetizer. One and half hours later and they had only brought a few more dishes. We had to leave because the children were so hungry. Strongly recommend you avoid this place. View all feedback.
