Essence - Hanoi

We had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant, thanks to our wonderful host Annie. The food was delicious, fresh, and offered at a reasonable price. We would definitely return on our next trip to Hanoi!

This restaurant offers excellent Vietnamese and international dishes at affordable prices. Our group of four girls enjoyed appetizers such as fried spring rolls and mango shrimp salad, mains including fried rice with chicken and beef in bamboo, and a dessert. Despite the upscale ambience and location, the bill came to only about USD 32, which was a pleasant surprise. The service was exceptional; our server was friendly and welcoming, spoke English and even some Chinese.

Situated on a busy street lined with food stalls, this restaurant offers a peaceful oasis with stylish decor and a pleasant atmosphere. Despite its upscale feel, the prices are reasonable and the food is delicious. However, the portion size of the squid dish was smaller than expected for the price of USD13. The meal included complimentary prawn crackers as an appetizer and jasmine tea to finish. The service was exceptional, with helpful recommendations on ordering. In total, our meal came to slightly over 700,000VND.

Christms dinner 2020 loved this restaurant both the set menu western food and the service. large, delicate Australian tender, one of the best...Dessert was spectacular...pleasure everything

I had a pleasant meal here. the waitress who served us is very friendly and helpful. they even offered each of us a cup of jasmine tee and cookies after our dessert. that was great. kudos to the team.
