I had Pho (traditional soup with beef), spring rolls and rice. The food was really delicious and the menu has many options and reasonable prices. Disappointing after all the good reviews we read. That evening we fancied something a bit special, so we went to Countryside Restaurant in the centre of the Old Quarter after reading its good reviews. The food was OK, but certainly not delicious, and looking at my photos later I couldn't even remember what we'd eaten there. We ate on the first floor balcony which was good for people watching. Friendly staff, attentive services, delicious Vietnamese cuisine. it also has a pleasant roof terrace. I enjoyed this place very much. in any case back.
Papaya Salad is one of my favorite dishes and this was the best I ever had! Also the fish was great. Only the crepe did not seem really fresh, but the touch was also good.
