Chay Casa - Hanoi

This place is fantastic! We originally went for lunch and ended up returning for dinner. The waitress doesn't speak much English, but she tries hard to communicate and explain things. They offer complimentary tea that is fresh and delicious. The restaurant is open from 9am to 2pm and then from 5pm to 9pm. We tried the brown and white rice set with vegetables, mushrooms, green beans, two types of tofu, and mock sausage. It also came with soup. It was all delicious and only cost 40,000 dong.

I frequent Chay Casa every week because it is one of the few places outside of Hanoi's center that offers vegan food. To my surprise, they serve a delicious rice set with minimal use of mock meats, and their Bun Rieu is incredible, possibly one of the best in Hanoi. I highly recommend this place.
