Bún Chả Đắc Kim - Hanoi

Really delicious hate! we had the set that came with fried spring rolls and it was quite full, we couldn't finish everything. would especially recommend if they did not try before, it is carved boil in a sweet-savoury suppe served with rice vermicelli.

Well grilled pork of fatty cuts. Added smoky and chewy taste due to the grilled and fat. Strongly recommended

Arguably the best bun cha we've had during our stay. The grilled pork was charred to perfection, and taken with the soup was a notch above perfection. Generous portions of pork (pork done 3 ways, mind you! and vermicelli noodles. Throw in garlic, chilli and fish sauce for a hearty, burst of flavour Vietnamese dish.
