Many restaurateurs don't use a proper fillet for cost reasons, but here they do. Great homemade bread that comes out of the oven still warm with side dishes such as olives, delicious feta cheese and herbs, first of all as an amuse gueule from the kitchen. The service is very attentive, friendly and accommodating, the prices and portions are very reasonable given the time and effort involved. We like to drive from all corners of Hanover to Mittelfeld
