However, one morning the cleaning staff came in at 08:05 with barely much of a knock while I was barely awake and I had to shout for them to close the door. When I went downstairs to inform the staff of this matter, the lady started coldly into my eyes and was unapologetic and unsympathetic. She even gaslit me into thinking it 's somehow my fault for not putting out the do not disturb sign. What kind of hotel starts cleaning continuing-stay rooms at 8 in the morning? Many people are still sleeping by then! It would be another matter if this happened at 11am, but this happened at 08:05. The shower water 's temperature kept fluctuating from too hot to too cold, so it was impossible to get a good shower in. The group reservation staff really were the most impossible to deal with. Maybe it was the same lady who gaslit me.

The reception staff were very friendly and efficient. The hotel room was modern, clean and spacious, we had a double bed and a single bed and it was still roomy. The lobby had a welcoming atmosphere. The location is outside the shopping area and was a good 15mins walk from the train station. The hotel was in a quiet a safe area.
