The staffs are very friendly and tried their best to do their job. For the atmosphere and decoration , I would say very nice and modern which you don’t see this style a lot in Hanover.

The restaurant is very nicely decorated and there is a cozy atmosphere. We were a bit afraid beforehand because many people write in the reviews that the food takes a long time. That wasn't the case for us, the drinks came after 5 minutes and the food after about 30-40 minutes, completely normal. (We were there on a Friday evening at around 6pm.

After more than an hour of waiting, I inquired about my delivery and was told that they supposedly couldn't deliver to my area. Then they even said the food wouldn't arrive for another three hours – even though I had already waited an hour. That's simply unacceptable. The customer service on the phone was also a disaster, with absolutely no willingness to help. And the food itself isn't what it used to be. Very disappointing.

Shortly after, new information: not for another 3 hours. I'd give it zero stars if I could! The ENTIRE STORE RUNS DOWN BECAUSE OF THE STAFF'S SERVICE.
