Delivery food is supposed to be made first prior to any other orders due to it being paid for already, just as any other pick up order. This place will not help its drivers nor make the food in a timely manner. Nor are they ever considerate in doing so.

The lady at the speaker was very nice and got my order correct on the screen. We drove up to the window paid and received our food. We purchased 2 portions of teriyaki chicken and we knew the packets they give us are small so I asked for extra. They gave us just 1 more packet. I ordered fried rice and my husband chow mein. They gave us both chow mein. I ordered honey walnut shrimp, which I'm sure they were promoting because the girl at the speaker asked if I was interested in it, which I said yes. I got orange chicken instead of the honey walnut shrimp that cost me extra because it's a premium item. The girl at the window looked like she hated her job. Overall horrible experience.
