I placed an online order which was delivered to me. Unfortunately, the items I received were completely different from what I had ordered. When I called to address the issue, I was met with terrible customer service and was essentially told to deal with it. I was shocked that they didn't even offer to remake the order. Unbelievable. Employees are very friendly! And the establishment is very clean
Best service of all and fresh taste makes Jimmy John's the best sandwich shop of any other shop.
Tried it for the first time and it was great! The restaurant is extremely clean and you can see the employees cleaning often. Their menu is simple but so good for a quick bite and the employees are courteous and very patient when you don’t know what you want. I will be back for sure!
First time trying it very good better than subway by a long shot
Terrible service and attitude. At least on the only time I went. Will never go again based on that first experience.
