Cashier kylee was really rude she gave me a disgusted look when I asked for the receipt and when asked to pull to the other window rudely she slammed the window infront of my face I don’t know what was up with her attitude but there was no reason for her to act like a “B” towards when all I came was for a drink I come all the time and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had I will not be coming back View all feedback.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant, primarily due to the cashier, Kylee. When I asked for my receipt, she gave me a disgusted look. Then, when I was instructed to pull to the other window, she rudely slammed it in my face. I don’t understand what caused her attitude; there was no reason for her to be so unpleasant, especially since I was just there for a drink. I frequent this place often, but this has been my worst experience by far, and I won’t be returning.
The Thai smoothie with boba is a perfect 10/10. The flavor profile and overall taste are incredible. Food: 5/5.
I visited the restaurant today, July 6, 2023, and was assisted by Mia. Unfortunately, her attitude was quite unfriendly; she seemed annoyed when I asked about the size of the large portion. Because of this poor service, I’ve decided I won’t be returning.
