Citizens taste better and are faster than in all other branches. The staff is nice and knows how everything works. In addition, the staff knows which card payment is German and speaks (both unfortunately rarely). The branch was always clean. All top and 5 stars are well preserved.

We paid over €40 for cold, muddy junk here for 2 adults and 2 children. The highlight, however, is the absolutely incompetent operation. When I asked for a fork or a picker to eat my soggy, cold chilli cheese fries, I got the following answer... I'm sorry. Our bosses don't buy it. Just ask over at the bakery... After I asked if it was still completely tight, I was offered a wooden spoon. This junk shop should be closed immediately and never reopened. Why didn't I listen to Günther Wallraff...
