One of the cashiers, a young man, steals from customers. We bought food and drink costing £5.50 (which was smarties for £1 and 2 beers for £4.50. He could see I was distracted by my 10 year old son. When I took cash out, I saw the cashier 's eyes light up, but I unfortunately did not pay attention. He demanded £8.75 and stole the balance of £3.25. It was about 12 noon on 5th March 22. I am writing to BP 's Head Office. Not in a million years am I the first person he has done this to. Update: BP, their subsidiary and the petrol station manager have been helpful. I was refunded. The cashier has been warned and if there is another complaint about theft, he will be sacked. His story is that he was tired and made a mistake. Perhaps that is why the mistake was in his favour and he never said Would you like a receipt? which cashiers at petrol stations always do.

Have to hold my breath every time and hold back gagging! It’s like it never gets cleaned. It got done up a couple of years ago but has quickly turned in to a stinking mess again. Also agree with the other comments about the rude cashier. Sort it out BP/MFG
